Delivering comprehensive turnkey solutions through the EPC model for Reliance Nagothane

Godrej Interio successfully completed its first-ever Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project for Reliance Nagothane, a petrochemical manufacturing unit. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we delivered the project on time, exceeding the client’s expectations in both compliance and quality. Our exceptional performance on this project led to securing another prestigious assignment from Reliance for a premium campus in Navi Mumbai.

Throughout the execution phase, we adhered strictly to the client’s compliance guidelines, ensuring every task met the set standards. Our team was well-prepared for the demands of the project, and after successfully laying down a total of 33 km of cabling, we completed the testing and commissioning of HT cables, panels, and transformers within the planned timeline. This careful coordination ensured that all aspects of the project were executed smoothly and to the highest quality.

The project was executed with an average of 130 personnel on-site at all times. Despite the ongoing challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we conducted over 13,000 RT-PCR tests for the workers, ensuring their safety throughout the process. With more than 430,000 man-hours completed, the team effectively managed the simultaneous execution of the standard interior and MEP works while maintaining the highest quality standards. All of this was accomplished across a 100,000 sq. ft area, reflecting our commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
