To register with and shop with www.interio.com you must be eighteen (18) years of age or over and you are able to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use www.interio.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Site, may require affecting certain changes in it, therefore, we reserve the right to suspend the Site, or cancel, or discontinue any or all products or services at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of its contents, products and services contained on the Site without any prior notice.
2. You acknowledge and agree that if we disable access to your account, User may be prevented from accessing the Site, your account details or any files or other content, which is contained in your account.
3. The content on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the content or any other material on this Site is at your own risk.
4. We reserve the right to charge subscription and/or membership fees from you, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of the Site anytime in future.

We do not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for their marketing purposes unless you agree otherwise.

At the time of your registration you will receive a password. Please keep this secret, as you are entirely responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all orders placed with us or information given to us under your e-mail address or mobile in combination with your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your e-mail address and/or password, or any breach of security known to you.

We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.

In any event whatsoever, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of products to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the products contained in that order.

Neither we nor any of our subsidiaries will be liable to any entity for any indirect, special, consequential or other damages that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, and functions of the site or any linked website.

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms. Changes in these Terms will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted, will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms, we authorize you to view and download the information at this Site ('Materials') only for your personal, non-commercial use and you must retain on all Materials, all copyright and other proprietary notices. You shall not modify the Materials in any way or reproduce it. All images shown here have been digitized by us. No other party is authorized to reproduce or republish these digital versions in any format whatsoever without our prior written permission. All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this Site shall remain at all times vested in us.

These Terms, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

2.1 The prices stated on the Site will be inclusive of any GST payable.

2.2 Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery and any additional options you may pick.

3.1 Payment may be made by debit card, credit card, internet banking and some wallets. You cannot pay for your order by cash or cheque.

3.2 The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the Site on the date on which your order is placed.

3.3 EMI or No-cost EMI option selected by you may involve some processing and interest charges. This will be a formal contract between you and the relevant service provider and is entered into at your sole discretion and we are a mere facilitator and not party to such contract.

4.1 Delivery days and times will be as specified on the cart page on the Site and will be made to the address specified by you when you place an order on the Site. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.

4.2 Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products ( particularly products on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers.

4.3 We will always try to supply you with the full quantity and accurate product that you have ordered. In any event, subject to clause 7.1 below, our liability will be limited to the price of the products not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

4.4 We take special care to endeavor that deliveries are made on time and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address during the delivery day. We may ask that an appropriate person signs for the products on delivery.

4.5 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to a return of the price of products not delivered and the cost of delivery.

4.6 Should you fail to be present for your delivery ( or in cases where the wrong address is provided) we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of product and the cost of delivery.

4.7 The confirmation e-mail you receive from us confirming your order, will set out the last time that you may amend your order prior to delivery.

4.8 You can change the address you have registered on the Site through the 'Address Change' feature. This will not change the address for any orders where you have received our confirmation email.

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the Site are available in stock for dispatch to you. However, in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

You can raise a replacement request of an Item within 07 (Seven) days of product being installed at your place. Replacement requests are not accepted after 07 (seven) days from the date of installation.

Damaged or Missing - For any concerns regarding damage incomplete products", or missing components, such claims are to be highlighted during the time of delivery or assembly (whichever is applicable).

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. Full product replacement will be offered post validation by our service team. Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects. Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, product) from the item ordered from our website.

Once replacement window is closed – we will not be able to accept replacement requests.
Change of Mind will not be accepted for return request.
Product Color May Slightly Vary Due to Photographic Lighting Sources or Your Monitor Settings. For such issues replacement requests will not be accepted.
Relocation - Once the product has been delivered & installed at your given address in perfect condition, Interio by Godrej shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from dismantling, relocation, transportation, or reassembly carried out after delivery. Also, if you relocate or handle the product on your own (or through someone not authorized by us), the warranty will no longer be valid.

7.1 We advise that you inspect the products promptly at the time of delivery and installation and notify us of any defects promptly. If you discover a product is faulty", please call our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 18002671122 or email us at interiocare@godrej.com for best possible action to resolve the issue

7.2 Returns are not allowed. We only offer replacements in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

7.3 All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in the same condition at the time of delivery, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

7.4 Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

7.5 Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

The Extended Warranty will follow the same terms of the policy as the Standard Warranty.

1. Standard Warranty Terms
   1. Interio by Godrej products (Products) are offered with a standard warranty (Warranty) of one year from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) by the original purchaser against manufacturing defects until and unless specifically mentioned.
   2. This Warranty Policy and the terms therein shall be applicable to(1) Beds metal and wooden, (2) Wall Unit, (3) TV Units, (4) Display Units, (5) Media Units, (6) Computer Tables, (7) Coffee Tables, (8) Corner Tables, (9) Sofas, (10) Sofa cum beds, (11) Recliners, (12) Computer Tables, (13) Study Centres, (14) Work Desks, (15) Study Chairs, (16) Chests, (17) Wooden Wardrobes, (18) Shoe Cabinets, (19) Multifunctional Units, (20) Pouf, (21) Dining Tables, Metal and Wooden, (22) Dining Chairs,(23) Benches, (24) Buffet Tables, (25) Stools, (26) Crockery Unit, (27) Dressing Tables, (28) Side Table, (29) Storwel, (30) Wardrobe and, (31) Steel Cupboards.
   3. The Warranty is confined to the first purchaser and is non-transferable. The Warranty is valid for the original location of the Product only.
   4. In case of any manufacturing defect occurring during the Warranty Period, then, in such cases, the spare part such as Product frame, mechanism, panels etc. or, the defective part of the Product or the product will be repaired or replaced by Godrej Enterprises Group in a reasonable period of time at Godrej's discretion.
   5. In case of a damage observed in supplied / in use Product, Godrej decision shall be final, and binding and Godrej shall hold the final right to decide the applicability of the Warranty terms, including the decision to repair/replace the relevant part of the Product based on the report submitted by Godrej service representative.
   6. Godrej shall endeavour to service the Product under the Warranty Period. However, keeping in view Godrej internal policy to offer the latest and the best, the product range may keep varying with the introduction of new and varied models. Any model of the Product that has been discontinued will be repaired / rectified / replaced by Godrej at its sole discretion depending upon the availability of required spares or its latest available equivalent products.
   7. The Customer is informed that after the undertaken repairs/rectification and/or alteration, if any, to mitigate/address the problem, the Product may change in appearance compared to the product that was originally purchased. For wooden, metal and upholstered parts, the replacement component may have a shade different than the original.
   8. Should a defect arise, that cannot be repaired during maintenance, the Customer agrees that it shall not continue to use the product in order to avoid further damage to the product & the customer. The customer acknowledges that regular servicing & use as per User Manual is required to keep the Product in a good working condition during the Warranty Period.
   9. The Warranty Period on the replaced or repaired Product shall be reduced to the balance period, as computed from the date of first sale of the Product. Spares replaced on a chargeable basis will carry a warranty for three months from the date of replacement, whereas for spares replaced FOC, the warranty ceases with the original warranty period of the Full Product.
   10. Spares replaced on a chargeable basis will be covered by this Warranty for a period of three months from the date of replacement. With respect to spares identified as defective against warranty and replaced on a free of cost basis, the warranty of the replaced parts shall cease with the original warranty period of the Full Product.
   11. Spares which are identified as defective will be replaced free of charge.
   12. Product features, specifications and the Warranty terms are subject to change without notice, and may be amended, modified or revised by Godrej from time to time at its sole discretion and option.
   13. This Warranty stands void if the Product is used for commercial purpose or in public places or in offices and institutions.
   14. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Interio by Godrej will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, even if it has a reason to know in advance that they are possible. The Company's maximum aggregate liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the replacement parts, components, accessories or portions of the Product(s) which are defective.
   15. All claims under this warranty are subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India alone notwithstanding that the Products may have been sold or delivered elsewhere.
2. This Warranty Policy does NOT include the following:
   1. Glass items like tops, electronic fittings & fixtures like bulbs, switches, rubber and plastic items subject to ageing by environment, wherein warranty ceases at the time of acceptance of the products.
   2. Any customizations made by the customer, including changes in size, or if any unauthorized persons carry out any repair work leading to product distortion. Any defects and damages arising due to reasons of workmanship of a third-party maintenance services and use of spare parts or supplies not supplied by Godrej.
   3. Fine hairline cracks due to the ageing of wood and veneers, variation in grain/texture of wooden member, polish of wooden member in usage.
   4. Scratches, dents, stains, wrinkles, colour-fading, weaning/beading of fabric/ leather, upholstery tears, flattening of nap, pilling, shrinking, sinking / depression of cushion, heavy soiling of fabric/leather including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the Product during usage.
   5. Comfort preference, where there is any mismatch in the actual comfort and the comfort expected by the customer from the use of the Products.
   6. Any upholstery that may be part of the Product (including stains, tears, soiling or burns or if the Product is infested with vermin).
3. The following will not be considered as defects for the purposes of this Warranty Policy:
   1. All rubberwood products / Parts are made up of finger-joints and hence the parting lines are visible. This is not a defect.
   2. In relation to Products using natural Sheesham, Accacia and Mango Wood (Natural Wood):
      1. This Natural Wood has distinctive irregular grain structure, that can be polished to a fine finish.  Interio by Godrej employs expert craftsman to add final touches to this elegant piece of furniture. Shine of the polish may vary from initial supplied finish due to aging effect in due course of usage. This is not a defect.
      2. Every piece of these wood furniture is hand finished from an entirely natural product. Customers may find variations in knots, grain detailing, mineral deposits and minor imperfections in their chosen piece of furniture. The finish of each piece is unique with colour variations across individual pieces. This is not a defect.
      3. Those wood often contains knots that add to the individuality of each piece of furniture produced from this durable hardwood. Such visible knot is not a defect.
      4. Several Natural Wood products have two toned finishes as they are made from random combination of heartwood and sapwood. This natural colour variation is intentional for the purposes of adding to the charm of the Natural Wood. This is not a defect.
      5. The Natural Wood is hygroscopic in nature and expands on absorption of moisture in monsoon and contract in summers. The joints are designed and crafted with adequate gaps for seasonal expansion and contraction of wood. This is a natural tendency of the product and not a defect.
      6. All the wooden furniture is free of Borers, Pests and termites once manufactured due to the high temperatures, pressure & wood treatment process. All such living organisms are hence destroyed during its processing. Termite / Borers / Fungus occurs in High Humidity area due to local atmospheric condition, which magnifies in absence of cleaning. Hence it cannot be treated as a manufacturing defect.
   3. In case of electric wiring required in product the border of wires bent due to moving or bending of parts. Such deformation is not a defect.
   4. Over time, moving parts of a product can experience wear and tear, leading to increased friction and may cause audible sounds which will not be considered a defect.
   5. Over time, the reflective coating on a mirror can deteriorate, leading to reduced reflection quality. This is due to ageing factor & will not be considered a defect.
4. The Warranty provided by Godrej will be void in the following circumstances:
   1. Breakages/Damages/Misalignment on account of negligence, unintended usage, improper use, not operated according to the instruction given in the Product Care Booklet, exerting excessive stress on product, misuse well beyond ordinary wear and tear, heat, direct exposure to sunlight, inappropriate foundation or support system, accident, mishandling, any act of god, abuse, any external agent like water / acid etc. coming in contact with the product or any other damage due to shifting / transporting of products from one place to another.
   2. Any surface corrosion due to sustenance of water for longer duration of time or regular contact with water like daily cleaning with wet cloth/chemical will not be considered as manufacturing defect.
   3. Improper storage or by not following standard procedures for preservation as instructed by the manufacturer.
   4. Product if found to be in an unsanitary condition, which includes if an inspector is unable to conduct an appropriate inspection of the condition of the Product without being exposed to potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood-borne pathogens, or other substances that cause significant injury.

1. This exchange scheme (“Scheme”, “Offer”) is valid following the purchase of products specified hereabove (“Eligible Products”) of Godrej Enterprises Group – Interio Division (“Company”). Any person or entity participating in the scheme shall be referred to as the “Scheme Participants” or “Customers” as may be applicable.

2. This Scheme is a voluntary offer made by the Company. Neither this Exchange Scheme, nor the participation in the Exchange Scheme by any Scheme Participant, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price (“MRP”) of any Eligible Products as may have been purchased by such Scheme Participant. The MRP paid by a Scheme Participant for any Eligible Products will be the sole consideration for the sale of such Eligible Product, and purchase of such Eligible Product.

3. This Scheme is valid on any Eligible Products purchased by Scheme Participants between 1st April’2024 and the earlier of 31st March’2025 or the entire stock of such Eligible Products are sold (“Closing Date”).

4. No cancellation and rebooking of any existing order raised prior to the starting date of this Scheme or relating to the Eligible Products shall be accepted in the scheme.

5. Any offerings with respect to consumer financing schemes (including without limitation, those offered by Bajaj, Kotak, or Pinelab, as the case may be) shall not be applicable to this Exchange Scheme, save and except to the extent that the Exchange Scheme is clubbed with the Consumer Scheme in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein.

6. Any discounts made available to the Customer as per the Scheme shall be decided by the Company in accordance with the total purchase slab which is applicable to the Customer. Discounts shall vary depending on the slab as provided hereunder.

7. The Scheme will not be valid on purchase of Accessories products.

8. This Scheme shall be applicable to the entire territory of India.

9. This Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers as may be offered by on or behalf of the Company or any dealer in respect of any Eligible Products from time to time unless it is mentioned in the Consumer scheme documents.

10. The Closing Date for the Scheme may be extended, by the Company, at any time and at its sole discretion.

11. In the event of a claim made by any person arising out of, or in connection with, the Exchange Scheme or the Eligible Products, the Scheme Participants agree that they shall save, hold harmless and indemnify the Company from any such claims which may be directly attributable to the acts or omissions of the Scheme Participants.

12. This Scheme and all matters in connection herewith, including the purchase of any Eligible Products, participation in the Scheme etc. shall be subject to the laws of India, including all applicable tax laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time. The Scheme Participants shall be required to bear all taxes in connection with the purchase of the Eligible Products, in accordance with prevailing tax laws.

13. In no event shall the Company be liable for any cost, expense, or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected to the purchase of the Eligible Product, whether purchased from any authorized service provider of the Company or through the Company directly.

14. Neither the Company nor the dealer from whom the relevant Eligible Product has been purchased will be liable for any damage, theft, or other misplacement of the Eligible Product or invoices thereof. In the event where the Scheme Participant purchases the Eligible Product from a trade partner, authorized dealer or service provider of the Company, the Scheme Participant may, at the option of the company or the authorized dealer, be required to present any original invoice for the goods or products sought to be exchanged to avail of the Exchange Scheme. Any Scheme Participant that is unable to present the original invoice in respect of the relevant product sought to be exchanged may not be allowed to avail of the Exchange Scheme.

15. EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SCHEME OR REQUIRED BY STATUTE, EACH PARTY ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND DUTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS EXCHANGED BY THE PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, RESULTS, LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, OR ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSES. EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR REQUIRED BY STATUTE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION, AUTHORITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS EXCHANGED BY THE PARTIES UNDER THIS SCHEME.

16. Eligible Products under this Scheme may be exchanged for other products of the Company only. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that no Eligible Product may be exchanged for cash or other liquidated sums.

17. The Company may, at its sole discretion and option, accept or reject any request made by the Customer to return the Eligible Products, in accordance with the merits of such a request. Any return of the Eligible Products, as processed by the Company, shall at all times be in accordance with the Company’s refund policy and the Company’s decision on whether to accept such returns shall be final. In the event where the Company processes any return of the Eligible Products, any products exchanged by the Customer at the time of the purchase of the Eligible Products, or the equivalent value thereof, shall not be returned by the Company.

18. The Scheme is not valid for any employees of Godrej Enterprises Group who are a part of the team directly involved in performing the backend operations for the Scheme.

19. The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Exchange Scheme, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Scheme Participants.

20. The decision of the Company will be binding, in case of any dispute.

21. This Scheme shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. Models or images of the Eligible Product as indicated in any advertisement are representative only and may vary from the actual product.

23. By participating in the Scheme, each Scheme Participant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the terms and conditions of the Scheme that may be prescribed and amended by the Company from time to time, including these terms and conditions.

1. This Q4 Home Refresh Sale (“Scheme”, “Offer”) is valid following the purchase of products specified hereabove (“Eligible Products”) of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited – Interio Division (“Company”). Any person or entity participating in the scheme shall be referred to as the “Scheme Participants” or “Customers” as may be applicable.

2. This Scheme is a voluntary offer made by the Company. Neither this Scheme, nor the participation in the Scheme by any Scheme Participant, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price (“MRP”) of any Eligible Products as may have been purchased by such Scheme Participant. The MRP paid by a Scheme Participant for any Eligible Products will be the sole consideration for the sale of such Eligible Product, and purchase &/or delivery of such Eligible Product. 

3. This Scheme is valid on any Eligible Products purchased by Scheme Participants between 10.01.2026 to 10.03.2026, subject to the stock availability of such Eligible Products during the aforesaid period (“Closing Date”)

4. No cancellation and rebooking of any existing purchase order raised prior to the starting date of this Scheme or relating to the Eligible Products shall be accepted in the scheme.

 5. Any discounts made available to the Customer as per this Scheme shall be decided by the Company in accordance with the total purchase slab which is applicable to the Customer. Discounts shall vary depending on the slab as provided hereunder.

6. Exchange offer with additional benefit on HS – 1%, HF – 2% can be clubbed with the current scheme up to Slab- 3 of HF and not applicable from slab 4 of HF. Beyond which exchange will be applicable as a facility for free pick up and disposable of old items but no additional discount in lieu of exchange will be applicable. 

7. This Scheme will not be valid on purchase of only B2B and accessories products. 

8. This Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers as may be offered by on or behalf of the Company or any dealer in respect of any Eligible Products from time to time. 

9. The Closing Date for the Scheme may be extended, by the Company, at any time and at its sole discretion.

10. In the event of a claim made by any person arising out of, or in connection with, the Exchange Scheme or the Eligible Products, the Scheme Participants agree that they shall save, hold harmless and indemnify the Company from any such claims which may be directly attributable to the acts or omissions of the Scheme Participants. 

11. This Scheme and all matters in connection herewith, including the purchase of any Eligible Products, participation in the Scheme etc. shall be subject to the laws of India, including all applicable tax laws and regulations, as may be applicable from time to time. The Scheme Participants shall be required to bear all taxes in connection with the purchase of the Eligible Products, in accordance with prevailing tax laws, as maybe applicable at the time of purchase of such Eligible Product. 

12. In no event shall the Company be liable for any cost, expense, or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected to the purchase of the Eligible Product, whether purchased from any authorized service provider of the Company or through the Company directly. 

13. Neither the Company nor the dealer from whom the relevant Eligible Product has been purchased will be liable for any damage, theft, or other misplacement of the Eligible Product or invoices thereof. In the event where the Scheme Participant purchases the Eligible Product from a trade partner, authorized dealer or service provider of the Company, the Scheme Participant may, at the option of the Company or the authorized dealer, be required to present any original invoice for the goods or products sought to be exchanged to avail of the Exchange Scheme. Any Scheme Participant that is unable to present the original invoice in respect of the relevant product sought to be exchanged may not be allowed to avail of the Exchange Scheme.

EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SCHEME OR REQUIRED BY STATUTE, Company ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND DUTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS EXCHANGED BY THE IT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, RESULTS, LACK OF NEGLIGENCE, OR ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSES. EXCEPT FOR THOSE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR REQUIRED BY STATUTE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION, CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION, AUTHORITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIALS EXCHANGED BY THE PARTIES UNDER THIS SCHEME. 

15. Eligible Products under this Scheme may be exchanged for other products of the Company only. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that no Eligible Product may be exchanged for cash or other liquidated sums. 

16. The Scheme is not valid for any employees of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company. Limited who are a part of the team directly involved in performing the backend operations for the Scheme. 

17. The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Exchange Scheme, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Scheme Participants.

1. This Home Refresh Sale scheme and discount offer (“Scheme”, “Offer”) is valid following the purchase of products specified hereabove (“Eligible Products”) of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Interio Division (“Company”). Any person or entity participating in the scheme shall be referred to as the “Scheme Participants” or “Customers” as may be applicable.

2. This Scheme is a voluntary offer made by the Company. Neither this Exchange Scheme, nor the participation in the Exchange Scheme by any Scheme Participant, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price (“MRP”) of any Eligible Products as may have been purchased by such Scheme Participant.
