THIS NOOK?

What makes Japanese stationery so popular?
Snigdha: The demand in India has evolved from ‘functional’ to ‘experiential.’ Our audience isn’t just students anymore; it’s a vibrant community of journalists, architects, and corporate professionals who view stationery as a form of self-care and a tool for productivity. People are moving away from mass-produced items toward tools that have a ‘soul’.

Vasundhara: I believe that stationery in general is transforming from a niche interest to a mainstream lifestyle choice here in India. Whether it’s students or professionals who appreciate refined tools or creators who love beautifully crafted pens and notebooks, across age groups people are drawn to premium, well-crafted tools.

If someone had ₹5000 to spend, what should they buy?
Snigdha: I call it a ‘Sensory & Function’ bundle that covers all the bases of a great desk setup, complete with a canvas, a precision tool, organisation and a little flair.
Vasundhara: This mix gives you premium tools for writing, planning, doodling, journalling, and creativity, all within the 5k range.
